Principal Product Manager (Experimentation Platform)

Location: United States; remote work with in-person team meetings once or twice per quarter. Teams operate across East Coast and West Coast time zones.

Salary: $187,900–$260,000 annual U.S. base salary, plus target bonus opportunities and annual equity grants.

What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for a scalable experimentation platform.
• Develop shared capabilities for randomized experiments, model deployment, feature flags, measurement, and emerging experimentation patterns.
• Establish common abstractions, standards, and guardrails to improve experimentation quality and reduce fragmentation.
• Build and guide a center of excellence that promotes rigorous experimentation practices across the organization.
• Partner with Growth, Servicing, Capital, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning stakeholders to prioritize investments and drive adoption.
• Evaluate vendors and internal development opportunities while influencing experimentation technology and product decisions across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex software, platform, infrastructure, data, or developer-facing products.
• Strong collaboration experience with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics teams on architecture, tradeoffs, prioritization, and delivery.
• Experience applying statistics, experimentation, analytics, or data science to product decisions.
• Experience developing platforms supporting Machine Learning or AI workflows, especially deployment, measurement, or experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of randomized experiments, feature flags, model experimentation, metric design, and statistical evaluation, with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading an experimentation platform in a consumer technology environment or at an experimentation technology provider.
