Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Sunrise, Florida, United States; must work from a hirify.global office three days per week

Salary: $163,900–$235,550 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Define the vision, positioning, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a compensation intelligence and benchmarking product.
• Identify customer needs across compensation planning, pay equity, recruiting, retention, workforce planning, budgeting, and market competitiveness.
• Develop trusted benchmark experiences covering pay, labor trends, job attributes, industries, geographies, experience, and skills.
• Partner with analytics, data science, and AI teams on aggregation, normalization, weighting, outlier treatment, job matching, title normalization, leveling, and confidence scoring.
• Own requirements for data quality, freshness, lineage, privacy, security, governance, reliability, and transparent customer-facing methodology.
• Lead cross-functional execution from discovery and data assessment through development, launch, adoption, monetization, and iteration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including complex enterprise SaaS, analytics, data, HR technology, payroll, or compensation products.
• Experience leading a new product or major product line from discovery and strategy through launch and commercial scale.
• Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structures, pay ranges, job architecture, or related HR and payroll workflows.
• Experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, data science, or machine learning teams to deliver production-grade data products.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to work from one of hirify.global’s office locations three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with labor-market data, job architecture, payroll data, workforce analytics, or HCM products.
• Experience creating cross-industry products and adapting capabilities to industry-specific jobs and workflows.
