Business Development Executive (Salesforce)

Location: London, UK; field-based across a defined territory

What you will do

• Drive profitable growth across hirify.global TV and communications products within a defined territory.
• Win new customers while protecting and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Identify and convert multi-product opportunities across TV, streaming, broadband, dedicated internet access, voice, and mobile.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and take accountability for territory performance and results.
• Conduct structured, value-based customer conversations and demonstrate return on investment.
• Maintain Salesforce updates for pipeline management and forecasting, while coordinating installation, supply chain, and commercial requirements.

Requirements

• Proven face-to-face sales experience in a fast-paced environment with portfolio selling.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence selling on value.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Comfort using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Communication sales experience in dedicated internet access, broadband, or mobile services.
