Hardware Solutions Lean DBS Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Operations VPs across five manufacturing sites to improve safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Diagnose process obstacles and advise on the appropriate hirify.global Business System tools.
• Support Operations strategy and execute key initiatives with SOR stakeholders.
• Plan, run, and sustain kaizen, Shin kaizen, and Gemba X events through a structured funnel process.
• Work with site DBS Leaders to identify capability gaps and manage the Certified Practitioner funnel.
• Drive DBS Fundamentals and a continuous-improvement culture across Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 10+ years of Operations experience, including production management, supervision, or Operations/Production leadership in a Lean organization.
• Ability to assess business metrics and design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with a record of driving results through DBS.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams, organizational boundaries, and matrix structures.
• Ability to travel internationally 30%.

Nice to have

• Certified Practitioner or Advanced Certified Practitioner credentials in VSM, TPI, PSP, Daily Management, or other relevant Lean tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to DBS Fundamentals.
