Location: Breda, Netherlands; on-site production role with shift work

What you will do
- Execute production activities according to SOPs and GMP standards.
- Act as the first operational escalation point during production disturbances and support troubleshooting.
- Coordinate operational activities, workload, task prioritization, and team communication during delegated leadership periods.
- Support production targets, quality objectives, line performance, and safe execution.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and guidance for operators on the production line.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- MBO+ or equivalent technical education.
- At least 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
- Proven experience coordinating or guiding operators on the shop floor.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to maintain an overview during operational disturbances.
- Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on site in Breda, Netherlands.
