Line Lead Manufacturing (Biotechnology Manufacturing): Coordinating daily production-line operations for regulated manufacturing of medicines and combination products with an accent on staffing, equipment, problem-solving, coaching, and operational excellence. Focus on leading shift handovers, supporting investigations, developing technical expertise, and improving efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance.
Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands; willingness to work 2-shift, 3-shift, and 5-shift schedules is required.

What you will do
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including staffing, materials, equipment, and production priorities.
- Lead shift handovers, team meetings, task allocation, and production-line problem-solving discussions.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support investigations and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build technical expertise in manufacturing equipment and processes and support production activities when needed.
- Identify improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance to prepare the site for future growth.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO degree in a technical or industrial field, such as VAPRO B/C, MLO, MTS, or a Post-HBO certification.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Leadership potential with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem solving.
- Availability for 2-shift, 3-shift, and 5-shift schedules.
- Strong English communication skills required.
