Location: Breda, Netherlands; onsite shift work

What you will do
- Operate, monitor, and optimize highly automated assembly, labeling, and packing equipment.
- Perform equipment set-ups and changeovers.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, RCA, and 5WHY investigations.
- Identify and escalate deviations, collaborate with quality and maintenance, and support triage activities.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert and first point of contact for technical escalations.
- Analyze process data in SAP/MES systems and implement Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives while coaching team members.
Requirements
- MBO+ or equivalent technical education.
- At least 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
- Proven experience as a subject matter expert and/or trainer.
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to work in shifts in Breda, Netherlands.
