People & Talent Operations Specialist

Location: Cyprus, fully remote; core availability required from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET.

What you will do

• Build and maintain warm talent pools through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, communities, portfolios, referrals, and previous applicants.
• Own initial candidate screening, coordinate technical assessments, and create role-specific interview questions, scorecards, and test tasks.
• Coordinate interviews and offers while maintaining accurate candidate stages, feedback, documentation, and recruitment metrics.
• Manage employer branding across the careers site, LinkedIn, job advertisements, and content about the employee experience.
• Build and improve onboarding frameworks, checkpoints, employee feedback processes, engagement initiatives, and offboarding conversations.
• Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and personnel files while advising leadership on employee experience improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in Talent Operations and People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on LinkedIn recruiting experience, including recruiter search, job advertisements, outreach, and company page management.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRMs such as HeyReach or TeamTailor, and project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Experience with proactive sourcing, talent communities, operational documentation, interview scorecards, and onboarding frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong data hygiene, organization, judgment in sensitive conversations, and ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience in agencies, consulting, or fast-growing companies.
• Experience hiring for remote international teams or email marketing and DTC agencies.
• Experience with employer branding and LinkedIn content beyond job advertisements.
• Understanding of performance-driven, high-standards environments.
• Ability to manage sudden hiring pushes while maintaining ongoing operations.
