Talent Acquisition Manager (Cyprus-based)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and candidate selection through job offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets.
• Post vacancies on local and international job boards and use direct search, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics, and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English, spoken and written.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in IT, fintech, or digital marketing.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, and networking.
• Experience with ATS software and a high level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
