HR Service Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Location: Érd, Hungary, with the possibility to work from home

hirify.global Hungary Kft. is an automotive research and development center working on powertrain systems, software, simulation, testing, calibration, and production planning.

What you will do

• Support the creation, publication, and multiposting of target-group-specific job advertisements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.
• Provide candidate communication and administrative support throughout recruitment, including invitations, rejections, and candidate data maintenance.
• Support recruiting-related onboarding coordination, documentation, and follow-up of outstanding actions.
• Assist with reporting, research, process improvement, and presentation materials for HR topics.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or business vocational training, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in HR, recruiting, or HR services.
• Very good German language skills, minimum B2 level, and good English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems and content management systems is beneficial.
• Strong customer and service orientation, organizational skills, and a careful, reliable, self-driven working style.
