Senior Product Manager (Vacuum Measurement)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, United States

Salary: $111,000–$131,000 per year, plus a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10%.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of an assigned vacuum measurement product portfolio, from development and launch through end-of-life.
• Develop product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and business objectives.
• Own pricing, profitability, margin, and product performance analysis for the portfolio.
• Coordinate product improvements, engineering changes, launches, market introductions, sales training, and promotional activities.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Support strategic customer negotiations, delivery commitments, quality escalations, and product positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, product marketing, brand management, or a related commercial or technical role.
• Experience in vacuum technology, vacuum measurement, instrumentation, semiconductor equipment, or another industrial technical product environment is highly preferred.
• Experience managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, profitability, margins, product launches, and go-to-market activities.
• Strong market research, competitive analysis, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, sales activities, training, trade shows, and business events.
