What you will do

• Develop, configure, customize, test, and integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with minimal bugs and rework.
• Create and maintain CMDB catalog items, tables, forms, views, transform maps, IRE configurations, script includes, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow modules with enterprise systems and establish data integrations for accurate and consistent information flow.
• Collaborate with process analysts, architects, cross-functional teams, technicians, and project managers to define solutions and prioritize requirements.
• Document code and application functionality while identifying technical and timeline risks throughout project delivery.
• Keep ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform releases, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Degree or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management, CMDB, and service catalogs.
• Experience creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects and producing and running software-quality test cases.
• Experience with API integrations, software development methodologies, problem-solving, and analytical work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CAD and Discovery certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
