What you will do

• Own integration platforms end to end, including reliability, security, lifecycle management, monitoring, maintenance, and roadmap alignment.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy interfaces, iFlows, APIs, and event-driven flows across SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, WSO2 API Manager, Azure API Management, and Advanced Event Mesh.
• Lead the redesign and migration of SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite, including testing, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analysis, change and release activities, performance tuning, disaster recovery testing, and preventive actions.
• Build observability and automation using monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with application, architecture, Basis, cloud, infrastructure, security, vendor, and business teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience in enterprise integration, middleware, API management, or integration platform engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting interfaces and APIs in high-availability enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite/SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO, including interface design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of WSO2 API Manager, Azure API Management, and Solace/Advanced Event Mesh.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release processes, performance tuning, platform governance, security, and operational support.
• Strong analytical, design, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Solace/Advanced Event Mesh, Azure, WSO2, or API management.
• Experience migrating SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite or comparable cloud integration platforms.
• Experience with API modernization, microservices integration, Groovy or Java scripting, XSLT, and message mapping.
• Exposure to DevOps, SRE, ITIL, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks.
