Sr Assoc Developer IT (RPA/UiPath)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements, process documents, and workflow details to support implementable RPA solutions.
• Develop, configure, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain UiPath automation workflows across desktop and web applications, Excel, databases, office documents, and APIs.
• Improve bot stability through exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, notifications, and code-quality enhancements.
• Monitor bot execution, analyze logs, and troubleshoot selector, credential, data, application, environmental, and runtime issues.
• Support unit, integration, regression, QA, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing, as well as change and release activities.
• Collaborate with business users, Operations, IT teams, project leads, developers, and stakeholders throughout the RPA delivery cycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing automations with UiPath.
• Experience with Excel, website, database, and RESTful API automations, plus familiarity with ReFramework.
• Ability to interpret process and solution design documents and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required, including communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global, multicultural environment.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center.
• Basic knowledge of API, database, and Citrix automation.
