TL;DR
Sr Developer, C# .NET & APIs (C#/.NET): Building and supporting scalable enterprise backend applications, real-time data services, and REST APIs with an accent on secure architecture, high-volume processing, and reliable integrations. Focus on designing maintainable solutions, optimizing performance, implementing automated testing and CI/CD, and resolving complex production issues.
Location: Pune, India; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned office

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications and services using C# and .NET.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for large-scale data processing and customer-facing products.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineering, QA, and Operations teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Improve software quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and architecture recommendations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, support release activities, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on enterprise backend applications.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core, object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and application architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, SQL, relational databases, and SQL Server, including data access and performance tuning.
- Experience with Git, branching, pull requests, collaborative code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and iterative delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building and deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SOAP, enterprise integrations, large-scale data processing, and high-volume transactional applications.
- Familiarity with observability, application performance monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
