ESM ServiceNow DevSecOps Engineer II (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Develop complex ServiceNow workflows, business processes, and custom applications across complete epics.
• Build integrations with external systems using SOAP and REST protocols, including required data transformation.
• Design and implement Service Portal experiences and scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and manage development operations for reliable execution.
• Create automated use-case tests, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and solution architects in a scaled agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• High proficiency in JavaScript and experience building custom ServiceNow applications.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow security implementation, scripted REST APIs, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and AngularJS.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, data modeling, and translating low-level designs into implementation code.
• Experience creating automated tests and maintaining regression suites, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of identity and access management, CI/CD processes, and the “You build it – You run it” DevSecOps mindset.
