What you will do
- Define and lead Health Economics and Market Access strategy for the United Kingdom in alignment with EMEA and DePuy Synthes priorities.
- Engage national and regional HTA and payer stakeholders, including NICE and NHS England, to shape access pathways.
- Lead access strategies for NICE, NHS England, and the devolved nations in line with local processes and timelines.
- Own evidence generation and value demonstration, including value dossiers and submissions.
- Develop value cases for outpatient, efficiency, and pathway-based innovation aligned with NHS transformation and productivity agendas.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical, and Regulatory teams across the product lifecycle while monitoring execution, governance, and compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Health Economics and Market Access or related Market Access roles.
- Experience leading complex national or multi-country strategies.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external decision-makers.
- Knowledge of reimbursement, pricing, regulatory compliance, payer engagement, and HTA processes.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Leeds, United Kingdom.
