Sr. Manager, Site Security (Physical Security)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom; New Brunswick, Raritan, Raynham, or West Chester, United States. Hybrid role with up to 25% primarily domestic travel.

What you will do

• Lead site-level security programs protecting employees, property, information, and facilities.
• Develop and maintain site-specific security plans aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee physical security systems, access controls, and monitoring programs.
• Manage security vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and costs.
• Partner with EHSS, Facilities, HR, Legal, and site leadership on security risks and incidents.
• Lead incident response, investigations, corrective actions, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in security, risk management, or protective services.
• Experience leading site-level or regional security programs.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access controls, and incident management.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party security providers in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• English proficiency required; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, relevant professional training, or security certifications such as CPP or PSP.
• Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or corporate campus environments.
• Experience supporting crisis management or emergency response programs.
• Familiarity with global security standards and highly regulated organizations.
