What you will do

• Lead scientific research enabling innovative semiconductor device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet process engineering specifications.
• Integrate individual process steps required to manufacture complex microprocessors.
• Participate in hirify.globallectual property development.
• Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes and demonstrate that requirements are met.
• Transfer technology to manufacturing counterparts using the Copy Exactly Methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related scientific STEM field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experimental research experience.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.
• Strong expertise in chemical processing and chemical development.
• Knowledge of process control systems, methodologies, sources of variability, and statistics.

Nice to have

• Experience with wet etch processes, external foundries, or the semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
