What you will do

• Set the strategic direction, goals, and priorities for Axeleration & Incubation Marketing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Global Solution Marketing Managers.
• Build cross-functional alignment with Product & Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Guide go-to-market strategies, content, processes, and tools that support business growth.
• Measure marketing and team impact using insights and performance data.
• Support selected incubation initiatives and help bring new opportunities to life.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a manager.
• Experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Experience working for international technology companies.
• Experience with business lines in a development or exploratory phase and flexible or agile ways of working.
• Strategic, pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome-focused leadership style with strong coaching and communication skills.
