Sr Clinical Project Manager

Location: Home-based role in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Lead bid defense preparation and presentations for multi-service, multi-country, and multi-regional clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans and lead strategic planning and execution according to contractual requirements.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating collaboration and supporting milestone achievement.
• Manage study risks, issues, contingencies, quality actions, scope changes, and corrective and preventative plans.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain key customer relationships.
• Ensure project financial success, identify opportunities to accelerate revenue, and promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• More than 7 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years of project management experience.
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, customer management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of project financials, contractual obligations, and their implications.
• Ability to manage medium to large, full-service, multi-regional clinical studies.
