Medical Science Liaison, Oncology

Location: Field-based in Italy, with a territory covering Italy, Israel, Turkey, and Greece; frequent travel is required.

Salary: €53,000–€79,400 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Provide field-based medical support for oncology clinical research programs.
• Deliver balanced scientific presentations on disease areas and investigational therapies to investigators and site staff.
• Engage clinical trial sites to identify and help resolve medical barriers to patient recruitment and screening.
• Collaborate with site management and monitoring teams during site initiation and ongoing engagement.
• Facilitate compliant scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Capture field intelligence, represent the program at scientific meetings and congresses, and maintain current knowledge of relevant clinical data.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree such as MD, PhD, or PharmD is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MSL or in a scientific or medical role.
• Essential oncology experience, ideally involving solid tumors.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Ability to conduct activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Greek, Turkish, or Hebrew.
• Experience with first-in-class therapies and dual-mechanism treatments.
