Application Analyst Pharmacist (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Milano, Italy. The role requires willingness and availability to travel to customer sites.

Salary: €40,000–€49,000 EUR gross annual base compensation, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Analyse customers’ pharmacy workflows, clinical processes, and business requirements.
• Act as a pharmacy subject matter expert and advise on the implementation and effective use of hirify.global solutions.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into functional specifications, documentation, and process maps.
• Conduct customer workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, product, and implementation teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support software testing, validation, product adoption, and customer-site activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience as a Hospital Pharmacist in a hospital pharmacy environment.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems and a good understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems, and Clinical Information Systems.
• Experience working directly with customers, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or presentations, and writing functional documentation or mapping business processes.
• Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English are required.

• Experience implementing software or healthcare technology solutions.
• Previous experience in application, configuration, or clinical systems specialist roles.
• Experience in customer-facing IT or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience with change management, software testing, validation, and digital tools.
