Location: Hybrid position based in the Morristown, New Jersey office, United States
Salary: $325,000β$400,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the creation and execution of Medical Affairs strategies for development programs and marketed products.
- Interpret clinical trial, registry, and published-literature data and review clinical trials and community-based grants.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to identify therapeutic-area issues and inform medical strategy.
- Lead the field medical team, including Medical Science Liaisons, and support KOL interactions.
- Partner with Commercial, Clinical Development, Health Economics, Government Affairs, and Corporate Communications on educational materials, evidence generation, reimbursement, and scientific exchange.
- Contribute to the leadership team and shape the companyβs future direction while maintaining ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree and 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; rare disease experience is desired.
- Broad senior leadership experience in Medical Affairs.
- Strong understanding of drug development, regulatory, and commercialization processes; launch experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in hepatic, cardiovascular, metabolic, gastrointestinal, or inflammatory disease therapeutics is desired.
- Executive presence, strategic influence, negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results and work effectively in fast-paced, diverse, highly matrixed environments.
