Salary: €52,000–€86,365 annual base pay

What you will do

  • Develop and execute market access strategies aligned with brand objectives and the Italian healthcare system.
  • Lead health economic evaluations, including cost-effectiveness analysis and budget impact analysis, to support value demonstration and pricing.
  • Design and oversee real-world evidence and outcomes research initiatives in Italy.
  • Translate evidence into actionable insights for payer discussions and access strategies.
  • Lead pricing and reimbursement strategies, prepare dossiers for AIFA, and support negotiation processes.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Regional Access, and global teams, as well as Italian stakeholders and research institutions.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Solid command of MS Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in oncology, preferably solid tumors.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics, Market Access, or Healthcare Management.
