Graduate- Associate Client Partners

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; office presence expected 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Partner with the Center of Excellence on strategic programs for international brands advertising in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, talent partnerships, marketing, creative strategy, communications, sales, and global teams.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Support the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Coordinate partnership programs and track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress.
• Support planning and execution of on-ground activations at high-profile national events.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Passion for hirify.globalchat and marketing.
• Presentation skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
