SME Client Manager (Saudi National)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across the GCC and maintain regular communication with brokers and direct clients.
• Lead the full annual renewal process, including negotiating renewals, optimizing rate action, and achieving profitability targets.
• Conduct quarterly strategic face-to-face meetings with brokers and their management to review retention, successes, and challenges.
• Resolve complex and non-routine client or partner enquiries by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Identify compliance risks, recurring service issues, and growth opportunities within existing client groups.
• Maintain accurate portfolio records and achieve at least 98% Salesforce data accuracy.

Requirements

• Saudi national based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills.
• Experience with data collation and statistical analysis.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize workloads, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, account management processes, procedures, systems, and business or product operations.
• Understanding of GCC compliance requirements, with regulatory expertise and the ability to identify compliance risks.
