Director, CX Analytics & Optimization Technical Suite Lead (AI/Analytics)

Location: Remote/Home-Based for US-based candidates only; Philadelphia, PA. The role requires 10–20% travel.

Base salary: $188,000–$282,000 per year for US-based candidates, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set technical direction and develop roadmaps for customer analytics, insights, performance analytics, and optimization capabilities.
• Lead teams responsible for consolidated insights, enterprise reporting, digital analytics, marketing mix, and predictive analytics products.
• Design scalable, secure, compliant architectures and coordinate integrations, dependencies, and delivery across technical and business teams.
• Govern KPI frameworks, semantic models, reusable datasets, data contracts, refresh SLAs, lineage, and metric consistency.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor partners, workforce planning, and technical delivery risks.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams while representing architecture and delivery considerations in executive and cross-functional forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of post-bachelor’s experience, or 8+ years of post-master’s experience, in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management.
• At least 3 years in a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar team-management role, with 6–8 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, or modeling platforms, including Power BI, predictive analytics, and marketing mix solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, Redshift, and Snowflake, plus expertise in software architecture, APIs, data models, cloud platforms, ML governance, security, and Agile product delivery.
