Sr Director/Director Corporate Revenue Recognition

Location: Onsite in Westminster, Colorado or Sunnyvale, California, four days weekly; 10% travel required.

Salary: $160,900–$221,300 annually; bonus eligible and not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead revenue strategy across multiple business areas and advise on complex global transactions and sales programs.
• Partner with global sales leaders to structure transactions that support business results.
• Lead revenue accounting integration for strategic acquisitions and improve order-to-cash processes.
• Prepare technical whitepapers on complex revenue positions for senior leadership and external auditors.
• Drive process efficiency projects and implement revenue automation systems.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in public and industry accounting.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Active or inactive CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical accounting concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and motivating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on M&A integration experience.
• Experience with financial system implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, RevPro, Domo, or AI-driven financial tools.
