Client Service Specialist (Consumer Health & MedTech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with Consumer Health and MedTech clients across the UK and headquarters accounts.
• Deliver client service in line with service-level policies and contractual obligations.
• Own annual information renewals, quotations, and proposal generation.
• Resolve client queries and service issues, coordinate investigations, and perform initial analytics to validate data questions.
• Lead structured service review meetings, track actions, and collaborate with delivery, business development, and cross-functional teams.
• Present and provide training on hirify.global information services, products, and delivery platforms.

Requirements

• Relevant account management or client service experience and a proven record of service partnership with clients.
• Strong client-service problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical industry issues and the ability to understand client markets.
• Ability to create and execute strategic customer plans and manage service processes.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
