What you will do
- Provide customer support to NHS customers through helpdesk, email, live chat, and telephone.
- Prioritise, triage, resolve, and escalate enquiries, service requests, and platform issues.
- Manage user access and permissions and communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Insights teams.
- Deliver virtual onboarding, training, guidance, and enablement for the AdviseInc Platform and related applications.
- Support customer data onboarding, validation, processing, quality improvement, and resolution of data-related issues.
- Maintain documentation and improve processes while supporting operational projects and administrative requests.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer support or service role.
- Strong customer service, relationship management, written communication, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
- Proactive, organised, able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with remote or distributed teams.
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.
