Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting & Analysis (Power BI)

Location: Manila, Philippines; on-site, Monday to Friday, 4PM–1AM Manila time

What you will do

• Deliver daily and monthly enterprise-wide IT capital reporting.
• Maintain and improve the IT capital data management framework, controls, and data quality.
• Manage connectivity between portfolio and project management platforms and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for business and leadership needs.
• Analyze forecast fluctuations caused by portfolio changes and business decisions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc management reports while identifying process optimization and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to evaluate large and complex data sets, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

• Experience in the financial services industry.
