Analyst, Financial Analysis (Financial Reporting and Planning): Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, Board presentations, planning, and forecasting with an accent on financial performance analysis and management reporting. Focus on evaluating business drivers, preparing decision-ready analyses, and supporting special projects for the Corporate Controller.
Location: Manila, Philippines; onsite, full time

What you will do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by preparing analyses and reports comparing results with prior periods and the Plan.
- Analyze key business factors driving financial performance.
- Help produce presentations of financial results for the Board of Directors.
- Support the annual planning and regular forecasting processes.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests for the Corporate Controller and group manager.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or related work experience in accounting, reporting, or financial analysis.
- 4–6 years of experience in project analysis, management reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating financial results.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting information to senior managers.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
