FP&A Analyst (Finance)

Location: PH GBS Manila; hybrid, day-shift setup

What you will do

• Extract and analyze financial data for reporting, forecasting, and simulations.
• Prepare reporting packs, variance analyses, and charts to support business decisions.
• Upload, submit, and validate monthly forecast data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the local country team with analytical tasks, ad-hoc reporting, and financial data requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement while sharing best practices.
• Complete tasks within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience handling large volumes of financial data.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP and EDW (Cognos).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in the Manila hybrid, day-shift setup.
