Global Trainee Program - Support and Commercial - KHTP

Location: Mexico City (Polanco), Mexico; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must currently live in Mexico City or be available to relocate there; relocation expenses are not covered.

hirify.global is a large food company offering a corporate trainee program with exposure to multiple business functions.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
• Develop an end-to-end understanding of how the business operates.
• Lead a high-impact project from the beginning of the program.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams and key business areas.
• Present project results to senior leadership.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies in daily work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an eligible field, including Engineering, Mathematics, International Business, IT, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or Product Design.
• Graduation completed between December 2023 and December 2026.
• Advanced or fluent conversational English required.
• Availability for future location changes, rotations, and relocations during and after the program.
• Availability to work in the Mexico City hybrid model.

Hiring process
