What you will do

• Lead global initiatives to improve transport cost, service, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Design and optimize road transport networks to enhance resilience and scalability.
• Develop business cases and performance frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Drive transport sustainability projects, including decarbonization and modal shift opportunities.
• Partner with IT to deploy digital, automation, and AI-enabled transport solutions.
• Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships through standardized governance.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in road transport within a multinational or logistics organization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategic insights.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in AI and digital process improvement.
• Data engineering skills or advanced dashboard development experience.
• Fluency in additional languages.
