Senior Demand Planner (High-Tech Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own demand planning and forecasting within a specific business line.
• Analyse demand patterns, identify risks, and translate data and customer input into reliable forecasts.
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly S&OP processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Project Management, Logistics, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes and overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Demonstrable experience owning demand forecasts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities, and experience with S&OP or a comparable cross-functional planning process.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
