is hiring for an onsite MEP engineering role.
What you will do
- Supervise MEP site execution and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Monitor contractors, vendors, site progress, quality, and project schedules.
- Manage testing and commissioning activities and close snag and punch points.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience, including at least 5 years of practical MEP site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and fire-alarm, ELV, and civil works.
- Experience with MEP execution, supervision, site coordination, BOQ, quantity checking, measurements, and MEP billing.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, civil, architectural, and GFC drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English; ability to work onsite in Surat.
