TL;DR
Junior Architect (AutoCAD/Revit): Supporting residential and commercial architectural projects through conceptual and detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations with an accent on client requirements, site conditions, budgets, and local regulations. Focus on coordinating with internal teams and consultants, visiting project sites, and contributing to documentation and project coordination.
Location: On-site in Kozhikode, Kerala, India

What you will do
- Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Assist with 3D visualizations and design presentations.
- Translate client requirements, budgets, and site conditions into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with consultants under senior architect guidance.
- Visit project sites and help ensure designs comply with local regulations.
- Support documentation, planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for relevant professional registrations under local regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and support project management activities.
- Good English communication skills and availability for full-time on-site work in Kozhikode.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of local languages in Kerala.
- Interest in Kerala-specific home design styles, sustainable design, and site-responsive architecture.
