Engineer, EI&C (E3D)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain 3D models of EI&C equipment, cable trays, conduits, and supports using AVEVA E3D.
• Generate wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, panel layouts, installation details, and other 2D drawings from the 3D model.
• Perform clash detection and interference checks for equipment placement and cable routing.
• Coordinate EI&C designs with process, mechanical, and civil engineering disciplines.
• Prepare bills of material, material take-offs, design reviews, and project documentation with version control.
• Provide technical clarifications during project execution, construction, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of EI&C design experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pulp and paper, energy, or similar heavy industries.
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA E3D, formerly PDMS, particularly its electrical, instrumentation, and cable routing modules.
• Understanding of electrical power distribution, instrumentation principles, control systems, and fieldbus technologies.
• Experience with IEC, ISA, NEC, and other international engineering standards; ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control narratives.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
