Talent Management Business Partner - LATAM (HR)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia; candidates must be eligible to live and work in their country of residence. Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional flexibility to support global partners.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and develop talent strategies aligned with business and HR objectives.
• Design and implement change management and organizational development strategies.
• Advise management and employees on People & Culture matters, employee experience, and culture.
• Manage performance, employee relations, and complex workplace issues.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop programs and policies covering compensation, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
• Guide restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and coaching for the People & Culture team.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese required for candidates based in Brazil.
• Experience handling LATAM required.
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, broad-spectrum Human Resources environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; exceptional equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience advising senior leaders and leading through influence.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred or may be in progress.
