P&C Business Partner - Spain & Portugal (Maternity Leave Cover - 8 months)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work arrangement with regular presence in the local office. A valid working visa for Spain is required.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic People & Culture partner for the Spanish organization and Iberia business.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide performance management, talent pipelines, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, and change management.
• Advise on compensation and benefits, employee relations, senior hiring, and union negotiations.
• Partner with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence, including on M&A integration activities.

Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational and multicultural environments.
• Strong employee experience design expertise and a people-first mindset.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Track record of guiding organizations and teams through transformation and change.
