Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 60% office-based and 40% remote

What you will do

• Define platform product problems, opportunities, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders, users, and developers.
• Lead discovery activities and experiments to validate hypotheses before committing engineering investment.
• Establish North Star metrics, adoption KPIs, and leading indicators tied to user behavior and platform value.
• Drive adoption of developer-facing platform services and improve developer experience across engineering teams.
• Align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes and customer impact.
• Bridge the platform engineering team with developers, squads, and pods using collaborative discovery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience with platform products and developer-facing services, including DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure enablement, APIs, microservices, Infrastructure as Code, or developer tooling.
• Strong discovery mindset, evidence-based decision-making, and ability to define measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including executive audiences, and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving platform adoption at scale while remaining hands-on with engineering teams.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech.
• Advanced Product Owner certification such as PSPO-II, PSPBM, PAL-EBM, or equivalent.
