Product Manager (Digital Asset Trading) (Digital Assets): Define and deliver trading infrastructure for security tokens, including 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, digital cash integration, and blockchain interoperability with an accent on product strategy, market models, and end-to-end implementation. Focus on designing tokenised market operating models, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and building regulatory, settlement, and liquidity capabilities for digital asset markets.
Location: France, based in Paris (preferred)

What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security token trading and associated services.
- Develop market models for 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, digital cash, stablecoins, tokenised deposits, CBDCs, and flexible clearing arrangements.
- Design centralised and decentralised trading protocols, blockchain interoperability, token fungibility, and approaches to liquidity fragmentation.
- Own delivery from business case and requirements through implementation, production launch, adoption, and performance measurement.
- Coordinate dependencies across trading, clearing, settlement, data, operations, technology, legal, regulatory, compliance, risk, and post-trade teams.
- Lead vendors, proof-of-concepts, pilots, stakeholder alignment, senior-management reporting, and relationships with market participants and technology providers.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience and a proven record of taking products from concept through design, specification, and launch.
- Product management experience in a trading venue, exchange, MTF, or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of trading market models, technology, workflows, post-trade, market data, and surveillance.
- Experience delivering innovative technology programmes and integration-heavy B2B or institutional products.
- Ability to work with tokenisation, digital assets, smart contracts, blockchain interoperability, and stablecoins without necessarily being an engineer.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of SQL, Python, and APIs is preferred.
