TL;DR
IR Product Strategy Lead (AI): Defining and delivering AI-powered intelligence products for global financial technology clients with an accent on user research, product strategy, and AI-first workflow design. Focus on translating complex user requirements into scalable product experiences, prioritising the backlog, and driving adoption across enterprise SaaS and financial markets environments.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not available.

What you will do
- Define product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from user research and proof of concept through release, documentation, quality, and user adoption.
- Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to create intuitive AI-first workflow and insights products.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog based on technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive AI adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in agile product management, ideally in B2B enterprise SaaS and financial markets.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI and data solutions to end users.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Clear communication skills and experience in collaborative, matrixed, global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial markets data and client-facing data or workflow products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise product integration patterns.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-border stakeholders.
