Digital Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Bristol head office, with a hybrid working pattern allowing work from home and office attendance. Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Own a digital product and optimise the client and commercial value it delivers.
• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental product improvements.
• Plan and conduct user research with clients, non-clients, and third-party organisations.
• Create hypotheses, run experiments, and use performance data and feedback to identify opportunities.
• Lead agile refinement activities using customer journey mapping, story mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Product Manager in a commercial organisation.
• Knowledge of financial services, particularly ISAs, including client needs, regulation, commercial considerations, competition, and multichannel execution.
• User-focused mindset and ability to translate user needs into product decisions.
• Competence in vertical user story slicing and product and agile techniques.
• Ability to work with data, communicate complex information clearly, solve problems, and prioritise competing workloads.
• Proficiency with in-person and virtual collaboration tools in a hybrid environment.
