What you will do

• Document and load incoming data and bills into the system.
• Evaluate and validate data, identify trends, calculate rebates, and quantify findings.
• Perform quality assurance checks and reconcile data across multiple accounts and processes.
• Research companies and topics, then prepare written analyses for clients.
• Support account management, client implementations, training projects, and team performance reviews.
• Manage complex tasks independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• One to three years of related experience.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
