Product Manager, Crypto Asset Management

Location: London, UK — hybrid; fully remote work is also available from the nearest Moonbase.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives, translating business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into product requirements, user stories, plans, and milestones.
• Support integrations with centralized exchanges, OTC trading desks, and decentralized services to expand liquidity sourcing and improve execution reliability.
• Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Help evolve wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, custody, liquidity routing, settlement, monitoring, and risk-management tooling.
• Support roadmap prioritization using data, commercial value, customer impact, operational requirements, risk, and engineering constraints.
• Evaluate product performance and identify friction, inefficiencies, and opportunities for measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or a similar role.
• Ability to take problems from initial requirements through structured execution and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong product thinking and analytical skills, including data-informed prioritization and trade-off analysis.
• Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure, including blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets, and digital assets.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or fintech infrastructure, liquidity management, exchange or OTC integrations, stablecoins, custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with regulated financial products, crypto compliance, blockchain infrastructure, or high-value financial transactions.
