Pharmacovigilance Manager (Pharmacovigilance)

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €53,200–€79,800 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage a small Pharmacovigilance team.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of pharmacovigilance and medical information activities.
• Serve as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities.
• Support regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, quality management, and process improvement.
• Contribute to client relationship management, proposals, business growth, and PV training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Significant Pharmacovigilance experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to work in Milan, Italy.
