TL;DR

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work available

What you will do

  • Support commercial quality activities, including complaint handling, Product Quality Review analysis, and tender request management.
  • Assist with managing temperature excursions for incoming products and products received from production sites.
  • Handle product and service complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Participate in conference calls and internal meetings.
  • Prepare Excel reports, files, and PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.
  • Fluent English at B2/C1 level or higher.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accuracy, passion for excellence, and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
